Shipping is free for local orders!
Standard International
Orders will be posted by either regular or registered airmail.
Shipping time from Singapore to Europe and the U.S. is 5-10 days.
Shipping is a flat US$5 per order for regular airmail and US$7 per order for registered airmail.
Orders sent by register mail can be tracked and customers opting for this option will be sent the Registered Articel Number for tracking.

Express DHL Shipping International
Our next-day express shipping is through DHL.
Shipping starts at US$17 for the first 500g, and is about US$3.50 for every subsequent 500g.

Missing orders and Re-sends
In the unfortunate event of a missing order, there’ll be two options available to customers – Re-Send or Credit.
Re-Send
Re-sends can be made at 50% of the total amount paid for the order (incl. Shipping). The same shipping option will be used for the re-send unless otherwise stated.
If some items are out of stock at the time of re-sending, the cost of that item will not be included in the 50% amount payable.
Credit
Customers can also option for Credit, that is, a cash discount code of 50% of the total amount paid for the original order.
The discount code is transferable but is only valid for one use. There will not be a ‘use by’ date for the code. (That means you can use it a decade later more more!)
